Frequently Asked Questions
How does art therapy work?
It’s like active meditation. When you work with colours, your mind focuses on the flow of paint, helping you switch off from everyday stress. For two hours you’ll be fully engaged in the creative process. Most people leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and full of positive energy.
Do I need any skills?
No skills needed at all. This can be the first painting of your life. Our workshops are designed for complete beginners. Our friendly staff will guide you through each step, show the techniques on practice boards, and support you throughout the session so you feel confident.
Is it suitable for everyone?
We use acrylic paints, varnishes, and materials designed for art and interior décor. Please let us know if anyone has allergies, so we can check product suitability.
How does acrylic pouring help reduce stress?
Acrylic pouring naturally shifts your focus into the present moment. As you watch colours flow and blend, your mind relaxes, breathing slows, and stress levels drop. It’s a simple, meditative process that gives your brain a break from everyday worries.
Can we take the artwork home on the same day?
Acrylic pouring paintings need time to dry. We usually arrange pickup or drop-off within a few days, depending on your location and the venue.
